This started out as a God Tier Dave for ~tailsnina and things weren't going right, and this happened...
But I'm actually really happy with it! i don't think The Sufferer has like 'an official design' so I used a bunch of people's renditions of him, and yeah! HEADCANON BITCHES

I think The Sufferer/The Signless/Karkat's ancestor is my favorite Ancestor either him or the Dolorosa, but I might be a little biased there, cuz I'm a Virgo. :9
